The following terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter “Conditions”) govern the sale of products through the website www.arganour.com, operated by ARGANOUR S.L. (hereinafter “ARGANOUR”), with its registered office at Calle Periana 8, Casabermeja, and email address hello@arganour.com.
Please carefully read these Conditions before using this website. By using the website or placing an order through it, you accept and agree to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree with these Conditions, you should not use this website. ARGANOUR reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time, with the applicable Conditions being those in force at the time of using the website.
Delivery times may extend during peak periods like Black Friday, Christmas or sales.
Standard National Shipments (Home Delivery)
At Arganour, you won’t incur shipping costs for orders (products only) exceeding 15 euros in total (or delivery within mainland Spain).

At Arganour, we provide an express shipping service so you can receive your urgent orders promptly.

Pick Up at Service Point
Choose to pick up your order at Correos and Citypaq offices. After finalising your purchase, access the map to select your preferred pick-up point.
If the service point isn't available, the transport company will deliver it to the nearest office.

Shipping Period
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, except to the Balearic Islands or Portugal (4-6 business days). Orders after 13:00 will be processed the next business day. Business days exclude national, regional or local holidays.

When does the delivery period begin?
- Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day (excluding national and regional holidays or weekends) start the same day. For instance, an order placed on Monday before 13:00 will arrive by Friday.
- Orders placed after 13:00 or on non-business days start processing the next working day. For example, an order placed on Monday after 13:00 will arrive the following Monday.
Delivery times may extend during special periods like Black Friday or Christmas. Incident-related delays, such as incorrect addresses or lost shipments, may also affect delivery times.
Arganour cannot guarantee delivery times during transport company incidents, strikes or inclement weather.
Initially, a delivery attempt is made; if unsuccessful, a second attempt is scheduled. If no one is available on the second attempt, collection from the nearest agency is required. Shipments remain at the destination for 15 days (during campaigns, 30 days).
During holidays such as Christmas or national holidays, delivery on specified days isn't guaranteed due to high shipment volumes.
Local holidays affect delivery times, including holidays in Casabermeja (town), Malaga (province) and Andalusia (community).
Changing Shipping Address
Address changes are accepted until 12:00 noon. For orders placed after 12:00, address changes are accepted until the next working day before 12:00.
Tracking Shipments
Track your shipment using the tracking number sent in the order confirmation email on the carrier's website.
Payment Information
Payment is made during checkout after entering card details and clicking “FINISH ORDER”.
Payment Options:
We offer several secure payment options at checkout: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or cash on delivery.
Card payments require entering card details and verifying purchase through your bank’s security system.
PayPal redirects to log in and complete payment.
For cash on delivery payments, a €3.50 charge will be added upon finalising your order (not reflected in the shopping cart). You’ll receive a notification with your total order amount including this fee. Arganour will confirm the delivery address and payment amount when processing your shipment. The carrier will collect the total payment upon delivery.
Please avoid selecting this payment method if you’re unwilling to receive and pay for your order. Non-acceptance of a cash on delivery order will result in your customer account being blocked from using this payment method for future orders.
Returns
At Arganour, we strive for your complete satisfaction, offering hassle-free returns under these conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: Contact hello@arganour.com to initiate a return. Our support team will guide you through the process.
- General Returns:
- Products must be returned within 14 working days from the receipt of your order.
- Ensure products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
- We cannot accept products that show signs of use or have altered packaging.
We do not issue refunds in these cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products not purchased directly from our website.
Returning Items

- Exchange for a different product; any price difference will be adjusted.*
*Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned package. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Return Costs
If products arrive damaged or faulty, return shipping costs are covered by Arganour.
For returns or exchanges of products in good condition, you are responsible for shipping and handling costs.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your order, please email hello@arganour.com for assistance.
Possible reasons include:
- Incorrect address: Please verify your address to prevent misdelivery.
- Failed delivery attempts: Our carrier attempts delivery twice. If they are unsuccessful and more than 15 working days have elapsed since the second attempt, we will initiate a return to our offices. Please check all communication channels for updates.
